French toast served with banana, syrup and blueberries 

Always in a rush and always late, that pretty much sums up the story of my life. I'm a picky eater and I cant stand the taste of milk or yogurt. Skipping breakfast always seemed like the better option until I was diagnosed with chronic headaches (FUN) and the doctor forbid me to skip meals. I was forced to think out of the box and throw together something quick and delicious. 
 
This is one of my favorite breakfast ideas.
The different flavours blew my mind. 



Life changing french toast. 

Ingredients
2 eggs 
4 slices of bread 
pinch of salt 
pinch of pepper 
syrup 
blueberries 
banana

Method
Beat egg, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
pour over syrup, add blueberries and banana
